DISTANCES: 1.5 km from Gallicano (grocery shops), 4 km Zagarolo (all kinds of shops), 9 km Palestrina (Palazzo Barberini Museum, the Temple of Fourtuna Primigenia with the world famous Mosaico del Nilo), 13 km Villa Adriana, 16 km Tivoli, 20 km the Parco dei Castelli Romani (Frascati, Albano, Genzano) and the famous lakes of Nemi and Castelgandolfo, 28 km Rome (which can also be easily reached by train from the Zagarolo station), 45 km the Fiumicino airport, 50 km Ostia Lido.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
