Beautiful property made up of the main house and three characteristic trulli, ancient stone buildings that date back to 1000, recently renovated with great care and tastefully furnished. A large, well-kept and furnished garden surrounds the house. The beautiful beach of Punta Pizzo can be reached in just a few minutes by passing through an oasis protected by WWF. Lecce, famous for its baroque style and all of the centers of historic and cultural interest in the Salento area are located with a radius of 40-50 km from the house and can be easily reached. DISTANCES: 3 km complex for horse riding and Punta Pizzo beach (please see photo gallery), 15 km Gallipoli, 35 km Santa Maria di Leuca, 60 km Lecce.
ACCOMMODATION: Main house (120m2) Gr. fl.: living/dining room, kitchen (oven, freezer), 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedded room, 1 small single bedroom with bathroom with shower (washing machine), 2 bathrooms with shower. Equipped veranda.
1st trullo (20 m2) Gr. fl.: 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower. 2nd trullo (15 m2) Gr. fl.: 1 twin bedded room. 3rd trullo (15 m2) Gr. fl.: 1 twin bedded room. External bathroom with shower serves the second and third trullo.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
