Large and elegant apartment that has been recently renovated and created on the ground floor of a noble palazzo from the 16th century in the old city centre of Lecce, a beautiful baroque city, jewel of southern Italy. Large equipped garden for the exclusive use of the guests inside of which you will find a hypogeum of origins of the Messapic population that dates back to 200 B.C. (can be seen on request). Possibility of 2 hours/day of domestic help to be paid for on site.The house is located inside a pedestrian area that is closed off to traffic and can be easily reached for unloading luggage by request a permit. Parking is approx. 300 m from the house outside of the pedestrian area. It is possible on request and in certain periods of the year to park inside the palazzo's courtyard. DISTANCES: 13 km from San Cataldo, approx. 40 km Gallipoli and Otranto, 70 km Santa Maria di Leuca, 40 km Brindisi (airport). The Adriatic sea can easily be reached by car in about 15-20 minutes in the San Cataldo area. From Lecce, the entire Salento area can easily be reached and in a short about of time you can visit very intriguing and beautiful bathing resorts, such as Otranto, Santa Maria di Leuca and Gallipoli.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: entrance/living room, main lounge with access to the garden, dining room which you can access from a second entrance, living room with double divan bed, kitchen/dining room (table for 4; washing machine, dishwasher, oven, freezer), 1 double bedroom with bathroom with bath, 1 double bedroom that is a passageway for a small lounge with divan bed and for 1 bathroom with shower, 2 WCs. Small internal courtyard opens to some rooms. Comfortable furnishings with mostly period pieces. Central heating. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
