Pleasant and characteristic apartments obtained from the restoration of an ancient and harmonious hamlet which dates to the 14th C., set in the sober and enchanting Florentine hills, full of vineyards, olive-groves and orchards, on a farming estate producing excellent red wine. Beautiful views over the countryside and the typical Tuscan hills. A motorway runs 600 m below. Around the hamlet are various well-kept and equipped lawns. Swimming-pool (8x16). Access to the apartments through a large and characteristic courtyard. Each accommodation has its own characteristics which include typical architectural examples of local culture and traditions: wood beamed ceilings, arches, loggias, terraces and courtyards. All apartments have comfortable furniture with their own personal style. Telephone in every apartment for outside calls but not for incoming calls. Farm produce for sale (wine, oil, honey and fruit). Parking. Central heating. DISTANCES: 300 m Pozzolatico (food shops), 3.5 km Galluzzo (various shops), 9 km the historical centre of Florence.
ACCOMMODATION: (82 m2) 1st.fl.: living/dining room (TV) with fireplace,double divan-bed and kitchen corner (oven). 2nd.fl.: 2 double bedrooms each leading onto their own terrace (17 and 14 m2), 1 bathroom with bath, 1 bathroom with shower.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: arrivals must take place between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. LOCATION: 300 m Pozzolatico (food shops), 3.5 km Galluzzo (various shops), 9 km the historical centre of Florence.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
