Ancient villa and its small hamlet built in 1500 and situated on a hill that rises above the city of Florence (5 km away) and with an enchanting view. In renovating the hamlet, 4 independent apartments have been created which have a fenced-in garden and swimming pool (6x12) 50 m away, both of which are shared with the owners. Each apartment has a small private outdoor area with garden furniture. In the valley below, approx. 500 m away passes the motorway. Parking. Baby-bed availableCentral heating. DISTANCES: 3 km Tavarnuzze (food shops, tennis), 5 km Florence.
ACCOMMODATION: (40 m2) Gr. fl.: living/dining room (satellite TV) with kitchen cupboard, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower (washing machine). Safe. VILLA CERTOSA 3 and 4 can be made to communicate by means of a doorway. Comfortable furniture.
LOCATION: 3 km Tavarnuzze (food shops, tennis), 5 km Florence.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
