This cute cottage is so relaxing. The hammock just calls you to take nap or read a book. The party lights are great for hanging out and enjoying the quiet secluded area. We have a large landscaped yard to play volleyball, croquet or any outdoor sport. Just talking about it makes me want to be there now. Enjoy!

    No beach view but hear the waves. Only a few minutes to walk to the beach. Also parking at the beach.

    There is a covered outside shower which is very private. Wonderful landscaped yard with room to play croquet or horseshoes. Great neighborhood to walk and ride bicycles. Lawn chairs, umbrellas and air mattresses available.

    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Tee it up at Galveston 6,900 yard golf course and take the challenge. There's water, water, everywhere. Not your average golf course. Sandtraps and palm trees, with water that comes into play on every hole. You'll be playing alongside it, in front of it and over it-- but the course is forgiving and allows plenty of alternative shots. Full practice facility - lessons, snack bar, pro shop. Ranked amoung the top five municipal courses in Texas. West on Seawall, right on 89th St. follow the signs.Drive time from this location approximately 10 minutes.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Lots of shopping only 10 -15 minutes away. Antiques, collectibles. Pier 21 - wharf-front center by the Strand, ships, shops, restaurants, theater and adventures. Galveston Historical Foundation - Texas Seaport Museum, home of Elissa. Just a small list of activities: Miniature golf course, batting cages, horse riding on the beach, many deep sea and bay fishing excursions, a giant human maze, aerial tours, harbour tours.
    • Beach surface is fine sand. The walk to the beach is about 3 minutes. Parking is available at the beach. One block of walking distance to the beach. Umbrellas and lawn chairs available. Parking at the beach dunes.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of $350 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less $25) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under the age of 3 years old stay free.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
