Farmhouse complex set in a pleasant, secluded valley just a short distance from Gambassi Terme. The complex is made up of the main house and an outbuilding, both of which have been recently renovated and divided into 7 apartments. The apartments are pleasantly furnished, well equipped and have a private, equipped outdoor area. The outside areas, where a pretty bean-shaped swimming pool (17x6) and 2 barbecues are located, are fenced in and well kept. Midweek the owner offers a buffet dinner with typical Tuscan dishes. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
