All of the apartments, which have recently been renovated, have been tastefully furnished with great care and equipped with all of the modern comforts. CABBIALLINA 1 is an independent house and has a private swimming pool; CABBIALLINA 7 is also an independent house that shares the swimming pool with the other apartments. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
