The farmhouse is situated in one of the most beautiful, suggestive and undiscovered parts in the heart of Tuscany between olive yard, vineyard and wood. It is enjoys a magnificent panorama on the surrounding countryside and the towers of San Gimignano and of the ancient medieval town of Certaldo Alto. The apartment is located at the ground floor with an independent entrance. It has traditional beamed ceilings and terracotta floors and it is fully furnished. There is a big terrace and garden where you can lunch or stay and relax.

    The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 1:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
