Local people collect spring water to drink !!!! However, tap water can be used for anything but bottled water can be obtained from shops. Everything in the property is ready for use and is an English/Spanish home from home !!!
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2).
2 Twin Beds (sleeps 2). Both bedrooms have rejas and blinds to keep the house warm in winter and cool in the summer. Each bedroom has a wall to ceiling wardrobe, drawers and chairs. Table lamps etc.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
Very old Valencia townhouses do not have a view but we are lucky that we have private patio space to the rear of our property. Spanish people don't do gardens - they have a campo on which they grow their vegetables or have chickens.
• Valencia Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive. You can also arrive at Alicante Airport which is about 1 hrs. Cheap flights also are available to Barcelona - approx 4 hours from Gandia and there is no charge for the sea view all the way down to Gandia.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are small shops in Palma, a bakery, just seconds away, a butcher round the corner and next to the butcher is a small spar. There is also an English speaking chemist. A small market sets up on Tuesdays.
Beside using the bakery, there is a hypermarket Carrefour in Gandia and other supermarkets Mecadona, Llidl, Aldi and other supermarkets and shops in either Gandia or Oliva the next town.
• Nearby Attractions: Water/Theme/Safari Parks are within 25 minutes. Valencia is accessed by train or car.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
