The kitchen is well equipped and has a breakfast table and chairs.Bottled water can be obtained from the supermarkets but tap water is safe to drink.The area is famous for its pure drinking water obtained from taps from underground sources and is said to contain special minerals to help keep a healthy life. Local Spanish people collect the water in polythene containers at various locations in the hills.As food is so cheap: from €6 for a lunchtime(3/4 course)meal isn't necessary to cook anything but a light meal in the property.We can arrange for a food box on arrival if required. The bakery is in the square just 2 minutes away for your fresh bread in the morning and they do a selection of cakes! The butcher is just round the corner from the square. Carrefour hypermarket has a fish section to die for and there is an international food section if you miss something from home!!!
2 Twin Beds (sleeps 2). Twin bedroom with new bedding. Duvets are provided for autumn/winter holidays. The window has a shutter both for security and to keep out the sun. A large fitted wardrobe has ample hanging space. There is also chairs in the bedrooms, a dressing table and a bedside table and lamp and fans

A large fitted wardrobe has ample hanging space, and there is also storage space in the dressing table and bedside cupboards. There are chairs and lamps.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
There are no views from the unit. This is Spain, the "real" Spain and this is a "real" Spanish townhouse. Spanish townhouses do not normally have rear gardens, and so we are lucky to have a spacious patio at the rear of the property which is very private. To obtain extensive views of the area you can visit the Castle of Santa Ana in Oliva of Cullera Castle and any of the mountains which surround the property and the other many places of interest
• Valencia Airport is within a 60 minute(s) drive. Alicante Airport is 90 minutes and either airport is accessed by the Toll Road which has an exit approximately 8kms away north of Oliva or you can take the exit for Absubia. Barcelona airport takes approximately 4 1/2 hours.
• Transit: can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). Type of transit is Train. It is recommended that you visit Valencia by train from Gandia (40 minutes) This is stress free journey and very scenic as you pass through rice fields, vineyards and orange groves and get a real sense of the lush fertile area. There is a tourist bus in the city which you can hop on and off at strategic sights. Must sees are l'Oceanographic and l'Hemesferic, two museums recently opened, the Cathdral that holds the Holy Grail (now blessed by two Popes) the largest indoor market in Europe, beautiful archicture and a cafe culture where cafes pop up in quiet squares where you can taste tapas or you can try the local wines - Vincente Gandia where you can visit the vineyard at Utiel. It is recommended that you hire a car. Travel is not easy by bus and you will be sure to get the most from the area.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). You can drive into Oliva and Gandia for shopping at many shops and supermarkets and Gandia's Carrefour hypermarket. Bar Palma just 5 minutes walk away has a small menu featuring delicious home cooked meals and a 15 minutes stroll brings you to "Aventura" where Moma has an extensive menu and tasty square pizza. In Oliva and Gandia you will be spoilt for choice. Viva Espana has a Spanish floor show at the weekends but it is advisable to book. The smaller towns have tapas bars where you can buy a Menu del dia for as little at €6. You must try Valencian paella.
• Beach is located within a 10 minute(s) drive.
• Nearby Attractions: Although the drive to nearest beach is only 10 minutes there are over 17 kms of Blue Flag beaches, some with beach facilities and sports and some rustic backed by sand dunes and tamarisk trees. The beaches all gently slope into the clear clean sea and the sand is of such fine quality it is exported to the Canary Islands. There is a small river (when there is water) at the end of Palma where there is fishing and sea fishing available along the coast. Steeped in history, if you tire of building sandcastles, there are plenty of castles and palaces to explore. Nearby are the Theme/Safari/Water Parks and if you require further details of the historic area, please contact us for fact sheets and further details. There is a guide book in the property for your information.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). . If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.

1st April to 30th June - 400€ (extra day 58€)
1st July, August & end of September - 455€ (extra day 65€)

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
