Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, one basin and bidet.

The villa looks out on to the pretty, sunny garden with it's pond in the corner.
There is a daily maid service (except Sundays and Bank Holidays), and everything is kept in pristine condition by the housekeeper who has been caring of the villa for the past 15 years.
The centre of Garajau is only a few minutes stroll from the villa where you will find a nice choice of bars, coffee shops and restaurants. There is a good supermarket and a selection of small boutique style shops. For those of you that do not wish to hire a car, there is a regular bus service to the resort of Caniço and Funchal.
A 5 minute drive will take you to the recently opened Garajau cable car that takes you down to the beach.
The villa is also available to rent as a one or two bedroom apartment. For availability and prices, please consult the other listings for prices.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). There is a Theme Park, in Santana city, only 1 hour drive away.
There is also a water park which is open in the summer months, 15 minutes by car.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
