Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of rent & 100 cleaning fee required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of get deposit back when cabin is free of damage may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
