Payment Details
The rent, required to complete the booking is 20% (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security deposit. If you cancel, your rent will be refunded (less a 20 percent handling fee) if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed. A deposit/fee of 125.00/pet will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
