Enjoying superb views over the surrounding countryside from the secluded patio, it is hard to believe that this delightful property is just a few moments' walk from a number of small shops, tapas bars and restaurants in the centre of the pretty village of Gaucín. The main house is spacious open-plan with large windows overlooking the sunny patio, pool and the valley. On the top floor under a sloping roof there is a spacious bedroom with private balcony and lovely views over the valley. A third, totally separate bedroom with en-suite shower room is located at the far end of the patio. This is a comfortable property from which to explore a delightful part of Spain. Ronda, Seville and Granada are a few hours' drive and the coast can be reached within 30 minutes. The surrounding countryside is ideal for walking and horse riding. Whilst benefiting from the peace and quiet of the Sierra Cabrera with its fabulous walks and horse riding trails and a golf course just a few kilometres away, the busy beach resort of Mojácar is a 15 minute drive away making this an ideal varied holiday destination. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
