There is a large roof terrace with nice open views. To the South you look down the neighboring roofs, terraces and futher down in the valley toward North Africa. To the north you have a great view of the castle (Castillo de Aguila). The castle is illuminated every weekend nights.

Please absolutely no smoking in this house. Townhouse is a two story house with a rooftop terrace. First floor: entrance room, living room with a fireplace, dining room, and kitchen. There is an exit from the kitchen to a small outdoor enclosed patio. Second floor: master bedroom, second bedroom with two twin beds, bathroom with bathtub/shower and washing machine. The second floor has an exit to a terrace. From the second bedroom, stairs lead to a large (40 square meters) rooftop terrace

The Malaga International Airport is a one hour and 30/45 min drive to the unit. The Gibraltar Airport is a one hour drive away.
Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The nearest golf course is within 45 minutes from the village.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Small convenience stores, cafés and restaurant are just a few minutes walk away (3 minute walk to the nearest restaurant)
Beaches and sea only 30 minutes drive from the village. There is a public swimming pool with good swimming conditions in the village (walking distance). The beach is about 30 minutes from the village.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. You will receive a 100% credit on a booking made within one year if you cancel anytime.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
250 euros security/damage Deposit is required before arrival and is to be sent with your 30%reservation deposit.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
Dogs and Cats are allowed. A deposit/fee of 10.00/pet/day will apply.
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
