Basic shopping facilities can be found 100 meters from the apartment. Located in Gaula, between Funchal (20 minutes drive) and the airport, 400 meters above the sea level, an ideal location for walking along the levadas and also for golfers.
The apartment with 73 m² area consists of a living room with sleeping couch and open kitchen, guest WC and terrace in the ground floor, and one bedroom, complete bathroom and balcony in the 1st floor. Apartment is nicely decorated, and equipped with satellite TV and is self catering.
Guest are welcome to use the BBQ in the surrounding garden.

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 35 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

Cancellation policy: +35 days, 25% penalty. 35 days or less, 100% penalty.
