Wild life abounds in your view from the deck, including Blue Herons, Bald Eagles, Pileated Woodpeckers, Black Squirrels, Beavers, Hummingbirds and more as they gather around pristine Lake Arrowhead. The lake is about 100 acres and private. It is all-sports with association pool and bath house for your use. Owner can provide fishing boats, paddleboats, and canoes. There are houses around the lake but you don't see them because they are nestled in the pines and birch trees.

Newly decorated unit in 2002. Video games and a regulation size, slate top pool table in the downstairs family room. This vacation unit is located about 15 minutes from Gaylord, Michigan. Lake Arrowhead is about 8 miles west of Ostego Lake. Arrowhead is a clean,
100 acre lake,that has good fishing and all sports.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Located in the middle of a golf mecca, with many premier golf courses. Guests can arrange a discount through the Owner to any of the Otsego Lake facilities, "The Lake", "The Loon" the "Legend" or "The Regency". There is also Micheweye, and The Bear, as well as "Treetops".
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Located within 15 minutes of Treetops downhill facility, 25 minutes from Mancelona Ski, and 45 minutes form Boyne Mountain. There is groomed x-country skiing within a 5 minute's drive. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The Alpine Village is a 15 minute drive away in the city of Gaylord Mich. Alpine Fest is in the middle of July. There are "chain" restaurants and the famed "Sugar Bowl Restaurant" • Beach gradient is steep, drops off immediately. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. The lake is clean, shallow and sandy, and is located right out in front of the chalet.
Payment Details
The rent, required to complete the booking is 20% (balance due 30 days in advance). A security deposit of $250 is required. If you cancel, your rent will be refunded (less 1 nights rent) if the unit is re-rented.

• Check in after 2:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
