The original beams and stone walls create an atmosphere of charm and character, ensuring a perfect location for a memorable holiday. The stream runs under the house and can be seen through a thick glass plate. Just a short drive away are the beaches and caves of Meschers, the sandy beaches of Royan with boat trips to the lighthouse of Cordouan in the Médoc region of the Gironde Estuary. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
