Former farmhouse that has been renovated and divided into two apartments and a small annexe situated just outside the little town of Genzano (various shops), halfway up a hill (300 m a.s.l.) dominating an extensive valley. Ideal location for visiting the park of the Castelli Romani (Roman castles), the property is situated in an area full of archeological findings. Beautiful views over the valley which slopes down towards the Tyrrhenian sea. Peaceful position. 5 ha. estate inside of which there is a "peperino" quarry and a natural water spring. Parking. DISTANCES: 2 km horse riding school, 10 km Lake Nemi, 30 km beaches, 35 km Rome (central station known as Roma Termini) which can be reached in 45 mins. by train from the small railway station at Lanuvio which is just 5 km away.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
