Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
The bedroom has an elevated two person Jacuzzi tub with an ocean view. A lovely 350 square foot balcony stretches along the entire view side of the house, and provides fabulous views of Elizabeth Harbour, Stocking Island, and the Atlantic Ocean beyond. A retractable shade awning, swing and outdoor lounge furniture are also provided.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
