Beach Front Villa in Private Gated Country Club, Three Bedrooms Two Bathrooms
Fabulous beach house located in a gated private country club on the beach in the beautiful southern coast of Sardegna, that provides year round relaxation and privacy. The house is as close to the beach as you can get. Less than 50 feet from the sand, and less than a minute walk from the bar, market, deli, and trattoria located within the country club.
The house has three bedrooms. The master bedroom upstairs has its own full bathroom and giant patio balcony. The second bedroom downstairs has a king size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin bunk-beds that sleep four. The living room has two small pull out beds but we only recommend this for children, as they are quite small. The full dining room has a large family table for bigger dinners, but there is also a full dining table outside on the downstairs patio, and there is a smaller dining area also outside on the lower patio. There is a full separate kitchen inside, as well as a large handmade stone bbq outside on the lower garden.
Fabulous fresh herbs to use for cooking, and a shady lemon tree. The house and garden and patios are well equipped for sandy feet, there is a private outdoor shower for post beach cleanup. The house is great for families, and couples. The country club is more active in the summer months, and quieter in the subsequent months, but the house is quiet and relaxing year round. It is located 30 minutes from Cagliari. Rental cars are amply available at the airport.
