1 King Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Queen Pull Out (sleeps 2). The bedroom is really big with hardwood floors. It has a big comfortable bed and an extra sofa that can be pulled out to a (comfortable) bed.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Berlin is not as squeezed as other European cities so you have a lot of privacy and light in the apartment. Being off the street (and away from any kind of noise!) you see a typical Berlin spacious backyard scenery.
• Tegel Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive. It's very convenient to get to the apartment either by public transport or taxi.
• Transit: can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. Type of transit is Subway. There is a subway station right accross the street.
Also, there are several bus lines around the corner as well as metro-trains etc. The public transport system is really excellent in Berlin and Rosenthaler Platz gets you everywhere quickly.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. This area is Berlin's current shopping hotspot.
You find small boutique designer stores as well as major brands.
Also, there are innumerable restaurants from all over the world at your fingertips.
• Nearby Attractions: There are too many to be listed here.
We recommend to take the 20 minutes walk to the TV tower.
From it's observation deck (very high!) you'll see at least 50 attractions that are all within walking distance around the apartment.
10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 30.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
