This spacious opened vacation home comes complete with two kitchens, one on each floor, a rotisserie oven, barbecues on each deck and seating both inside and out with spectacular views of the North mountains. Plumper's Cove and the Pacific ocean. The first deck comes complete with a roll out awning so you will never need to eat indoors no matter what the weather is doing. The second deck comes with a bistro table and chairs with 2 wide comfy deck chairs and a huge stand up bar right across the entire deck. The ocean deck has a picnic table with a small barbecue here you can have romantic dinners and gaze at the cruise ships passing by. You can all enjoy watching a different TV program at the same time.

Bed Summary

Master Bedroom

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). The master bedroom suite comes with a deluxe pillow top king size bed that overlooks the entire suite with views from every window. You can lay in you bed sipping your morning coffee and watch the sail boats right in front of you as watch the flickering fire from your fireplace. This suite has its own private hot tub complete with 12 jets per person . This bedroom suite also has a kitchenette.

Master Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This private bedroom has a deluxe queen size pillow top bed with a door leading outside to a covered deck and sitting area where you can enjoy your morning coffee and newspaper surrounded by flowers in private

Bedroom

1 Single Bed (sleeps 1). This private room is perfect for 1 person and is located next to the bathroom

Living Room

1 Double Futon Bed (sleeps 2). The futon is located in the living room and can accommodate 1 or 2 people

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

This villa is located on the waterfront and overlooks Howe Sound, Keats Island and the spectacular snow capped North Shore mountains

We are approximately a 5 minute ride from the ferry dock towards the village

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 PM.
A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $200 will apply.
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
