It has a recently renovated, tastefully furnished one-bedroom house, as well as a separate sleeping studio, a fish pond with waterfall, a rose arbour and a gazebo. You won't be able to see the neighbours, but you will hear the ocean crashing against the shore nearby. A south-facing patio and lush garden gets the sun all day long. You're just minutes away from beaches, shopping and restaurants, but you might never want to leave.

    Payment Details
    2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 15 or more days prior to arrival)

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 6.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • A maximum of 2 pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
