    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    CANCELLATION: If a cancellation by the guest is made BEFORE 45 days of the check in date, there will be a FULL REFUND of the reservation deposit, (less 10% handling fee). If a cancellation by the guest is made WITHIN 45 days of the check in date, there will be NO REFUND of the reservation deposit, unless the unit is re-rented. If the unit is re-rented the reservation deposit will be refunded to the guest in full for the total number of days re-rented, less 10% handling fee. No refunds will be made for unused days or early departures.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 100.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
