• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is steep, drops off immediately. Beach surface is rocky. There is a dock. The dock is private. There is room for 1 boats. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.
All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to two night's rent) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 20.00 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
