Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Overlooking the marina, Gibsons Harbour, Coastal Mountains and Neighbouring Islands.
All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to two night's rent) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed.
- Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
- Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 20.00 will apply.
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
