25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel within 48 hours of booking, all payments are refunded. Otherwise, all are forfeited.

• No children are allowed under 18 years old.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20/day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
