The unit is wheelchair accessible on first loft level. Mandatory cleaning end of week for long stays 35.00 euro/week. Linens are included, the rate is 60 Euros per week. Cleaning and linen fees are payable in cash to the keyholder upon arrival. Electricity is metered and charged per consumption. Telephone is metered and charged per consumption. Electricity & Telephone are payable in cash to the keyholder upon departure.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.
