This fantastic original Salentino Palazzo with its own private pool and 2 Arab style courtyards dates back to 1762. All the rooms have vaulted ceilings and there is a big old country kitchen with a large fireplace. A Guest House has been added on the other side of the main courtyard with a loft style kitchen/living room and an open fireplace. Here there is a table that sits 16 people and the guests usually gather for drinks. This is a perfect location for large groups as it offers a variety of activities and yet in a quiet, rural village.

The house is original Salentino Palazzo dating 1762 with all vaulted rooms and 4 big chimneys. There are 2 Arab style courtyards, one with a pool. The house has maintained original material and floors but the owners have added a lot of their taste and good comfort. A guest house has been added on the other side of the main courtyard, beautifully restored by a Milanese architect. The old Palazzo includes a big kitchen with fireplace, 3 bedrooms and one bathroom in the main floor and 3 bedrooms and one bathroom on the first floor, which also has a very large terrace. In the Guest house there is a loft style kitchen/living room, chimney, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are many art pieces in the house that belong to the private collection of the owners. The house is fully equipped and most of the furniture and ceramics come from local crafts.
