The dining nook has seating for up to 4 guests. Fully-equipped kitchen. Large deck off the main level and another top floor balcony includes a private hot tub. Private W - D. BED & BATH The master has a king size bed that can be split into two singles and an LCD TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed. There is a queen sofabed in the living room. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. The main bathroom has a bathtub - shower combo and the second bathroom has a shower stall. PARKING & AMENITIES This unit has a private hot tub on the top floor deck. Guests can use the common area pool, hot tub, and fitness room. The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1 nights rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. A minimum "Fine" of 500.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Telephone Fee
Phone use is included in the rent. Local calls are free. Outbound long distance calls are free to USA, Canada & Europe.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. If the property is re-rented, the cancellation penalty is reduced.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 750 CAD is due 7 days prior to arrival.
