Conservatory attached for extra living space. If a hiking vacation is of interest the home is located in the Donegal hills.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Fine dining is a 10 minute drive away, there is a local bar and restaurant within a 10 minute walk. Closest shops are a 10 minute drive. Letterkenny shopping district is a 20 minute drive.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The lake (Glen Lough) is a 10 minute walk. The Atlantic ocean beaches are a 10 minute drive.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
