Enjoy the expansive view of the beautiful Rogue River and Valley from the deck and many rooms in the home. Every room in the home has mountainous views of the surrounding forested hills, or the tastefully landscaped acreage the home sits upon. The home is privately sited on the 1,000 acre Ranch. It has immediate access to nature, wildlife, and forests.

Large fenced yard with ample space for groups or families. Spacious deck includes a state-of-the-art Hot Spring Spa. The living room not only boasts a stone fireplace, but has two large sofas which can be used for additional sleeping spaces.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Guests have access to several golf courses in the area. Cedar Bend Golf Course is merely nine miles away. Salmon Run Golf Resort in Brookings, OR is approximately 45 minutes drive time. And world famous Bandon Dunes is a mere hours drive from the Ranch.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s).
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The home is sited on a 1,000 acre ranch so a vehicle is required to access the wide variety of shops and restaurants in the area. Once guests arrive at the ranch, they are encouraged to hike the many trails built for their enjoyment. The home has immediate access to 1,000 acres of natural recreation, including: miles of hiking trails, catch-and-release trout pond, creeks, streams, ponds, picnic grounds and more.
• Private access to the Pacific Ocean is provided at our Beach House at Spirit Cove. The drive to the Beach House is approximately ten miles where Ranch guests have access to our private boardwalk to beautiful Nesika Beach. Ranch guests have private access to the Pacific Ocean at the Beach House at Spirit Cove in Nesika Beach. The privately owned boardwalk extends from the deck of this home directly on to the six mile long, sandy Nesika Beach. The beach is approximately ten miles from the Ranch.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival - cash or traveler check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Cribcan be provided.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 50.00/pet will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
