Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 35 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $40.00 an hour.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
