Chalet has wood burning fireplace, large deck with BBQ. Full kitchen with dining table set for eight. Living room, dining and kitchen are open. Natural rock flooring at entrance and natural wood flooring in living and dining rooms. Lodge and chalet were built from our sustainable forest. If group is large stay in chalet with extra rooms booked in the lodge.
Wilderness setting on the Columbia River with mountain and river views. Independent chalet has access to river and trails. Close to great Golden Golfing, skiing at Kicking Horse. Experience six National Parks on day trips.

More Information
We are located in the mountains so weather and road conditions maybe quite variable. In winter, when coming to ski country please ensure your vehicle has good winter tires and can handle variable snow and ice conditions.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
