25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.

• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs are allowed.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 30.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
