With three bedrooms , fully equipped kitchen , spacious dining and living area this is a relaxed style suitable for most. It is ideal for three couples or larger family. Located close to river pathways that lead to downtown shops and restaurants, as well only minutes away from the Kicking Horse Resort. Ask about our discount ski passes to Kicking Horse Resort. Available as a long term rental May 2008. Whole house,up and down, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, workshop with 1/2 finished basement. Fully / partially furnished. $2000.month + utilites. COMPLETE YOUR VACATION WITH A FULLY OR PARTIALLY CATERED TRIP TO SUIT YOUR NEEDS.

    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walk and transit in 20 minute(s). A 15 minute drive from home to Kicking Horse Ski Hill base. Neighbouring ski hills are Lake Louise ( 1 hour) , Sunshine (1 hr 30 min ), Panorama and Fernie ( 3 hours). World class ski touring at Rogers Pass , 40 minutes from Golden. As well, easy access to cross country ski trails and ice skating.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The location is close to river pathways that lead to downtown shops and restaurants.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
