• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The drive is aproximately 10 minutes to the nearest golf course the Golden and District Golf Course..
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The drive to Kicking Horse Ski Resort is 15 minutes
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). Golden has two antique shops of interest there is a wonderful restaurant about a 5 minutes drive south from the house away from town. Golden offers a wider variety of restaurants and shops
• The house is situated over looking the beautiful Columbia River

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Diners Club - Travelers Cheques

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
