Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 25%) are refunded.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
