For a great vacation in the summer, go alpine rafting down the Kicking Horse river, or maybe a jet boat safari on the Columbia River. Horseback riding, hiking or mountain/dirt biking through lush country trails might be your thing or even a heli-hiking walk. You might want to go fishing on the Columbia River which is across from the house. Try paragliding as the paragliding landing field and academy is a short walk from the house. In the winter, try skiing, snowmobiling or cross county skiing. Or relax in the 8 person hot tub and enjoy the peacefulness of the country.

    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
