1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). This is the 3rd upstairs bedroom leading from 2nd bedroom. It is very spacious and would suit the kid's perfectly. It has two single beds, one double bed, with the addition of a further double sofa bed.

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This bedroom is on the main floor and has built in closet and fantastic mountain views.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

The Lodge is set on 6 acres of grounds and has stunning views of the Rockies, Purcell, and Selkirk mountains. Only one other property is within sight. Superb for wildlife viewing.

Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided. • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
