Master Bedroom

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Master bedroom has walk out patio with great mountain views! Ensuite bathroom with deep soaker bath tub, satellite TV and plenty of closet space.

1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). Private bedroom that can be two twins or King bed.

Bedroom

1 Twin Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 1) and 1 Twin Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1). Third bedroom on main floor has a twin bunk bed.

Living Room

2 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Beds (sleeps 4). There is a den on the main floor that has glass sliding doors and privacy curtains, where there is a double sofa bed with high quality air mattress. There is an additional den on the lower floor with another sofa bed.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 3 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and two basins.

• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). A short walk to the resort base area where you can access the Gondola. 'Ski down' to the base, and 'ski in' to the complex.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. .
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 30 days of the first night of accommodations forfeit full payment unless the property is resold in which there an additional $100 re-sale fee is applied against the refund.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $60.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
