Bed Summary

Bedroom

1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Queen Futon Bed (sleeps 2). The lounge in the suite has a futon bed and so could accommodate a further two people if required. The bathroom is accessible from both the hallway and the bedroom for your convenience.

• Calgary International Airport is more than 120 minute(s) drive. Calgary Airport is approx 3hrs drive.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. Local transit to town runs every hour in the morning and two runs back in the afternoon.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). Kicking Horse Mountain Resort is 10 mins drive away. For those without a car we are near one of the ski bus pick ups.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance or if you prefer a 5 min drive into Golden centre for a wider choice of restaurants and bars.
• Nearby Attractions: Mount 7 is 10 minutes drive away with excellent mountain bike trails and also a world class launch site for paragliding and handgliding. The Moonraker trails are 10 minutes drive and also have excellent mountain biking trails. The Kicking Horse River and Columbia River play host to a variety of water activities and meeting points are within 5/10 minutes drive.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
Payment is due on arrival. There is no extra charge if you pay by Cash (Canadian Dollar) or Interac/Debit. There is an additional 2% charge if you choose to pay by a credit card ie Mastercard or Visa.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
