The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
Payment is due on arrival. There is no extra charge if you pay by Cash (Canadian Dollar) or Interac/Debit. There is an additional 2% charge if you choose to pay by a credit card ie Mastercard or Visa.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
