Our apartment has two twin bedrooms, both with wardrobes and ceiling fans, there is also a double bed/settee in the lounge, so can sleep up to 6 people.
The large balcony has windows which will close for all weather use.
Green Park has 3 pools to suit all ages one heated in winter, and plenty of free sunbeds.
There are shops, bars and restaurants on Green Park complex as well as a car hire and launderette.
Golf del Sur is a self contained urbanisation only 15 mins drive from the airport and en route to the 2 main holiday towns in the south of Tenerife, Los Cristianos and Las Americas.

There is a large choice of excellent restaurants on the promenade which is 15 mins walk and also on the San Blas commercial centre which is 30 mins walk.

    • Nearby Attractions: The new Siam Park and The water park are 30 mins drive
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
