Cosy panoramic apartment in a large and well-kept residential complex on the seashore (100 m) in the renowned Golfo di Marinella, an inlet with private sandy beaches and a rocky shoreline with a small island in the middle. Splendid view of the gulf of Marineledda and that of Marinella that reaches as far as the Soffi and Mortorio islands. Offers peace and quiet. The house is suitable for families with children who wish to spend a holiday by the sea. The residence, with porter and service centre, has a café/restaurant, hair dresser's and grassy outdoor areas with a public swimming pool (7x15) (15/06-15/09). In the adjacent residence (100 m2) has a small supermarket and tennis court (upon payment). Parking space covered with straw 50 m from the apartment. DISTANCES: 5 km Golfo Aranci (all kinds of shops), only 6 km from the high society tourist centre of Portorotondo, 12 km Olbia (harbour and airport), 30 km Porto Cervo another well known bathing resort of the Costa Smeralda, 45 km Palau, with embarkations for the archipelago of Maddalenine, 58 km Santa Teresa di Gallura with the possibility of embarkations for Corsica.
ACCOMMODATION: (55 m2) Mezzanine gr. fl.: panoramic terrace (35 m2) partly shaded by a straw canopy and equipped with built-in lounge and dining area, living room (TV) with large window with sea view and two sofa beds, kitchenette (oven, dishwasher), 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 1 bathroom with shower (washing machine). Linen is not included, but can be rented on request (16 Euro/person/week). Comfortable furniture.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
