This first floor, end unit consists of 1,004 square feet and is located in building 2, just steps to the beach and pool. You have incredible views of the ocean, sunsets and gardens. Twelve foot sliding glass doors open to a spacious wrap-around tiled patio with eucalyptus furniture. The suite also features a fully appointed kitchen with granite breakfast bar, dining area and laundry. The master bedroom is bright and airy with king size bed, Caribbean shutters and flat screen TV. Our liaison will greet you at the airport and arrange to accompany you directly to the suite (no check-in lines).

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
35% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $40.00 per day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
