The 1st floor villa master bedroom has a king bed that can be made into two twin beds and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, private bathroom and opens onto a large screened-in furnished lanai with a walkout to our tropical gardens, the beach and ocean. The first floor also has a fully equipped kitchen and living/dining area with a futon sofa sleeper.

Players Club Casino is a 5 minute walk from the villa.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 21 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
