First Floor Villa Highlights

The 1st floor villa master bedroom has a king bed that can be made into two twin beds and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, private bathroom and opens onto a large open-air furnished lanai with a walkout to our tropical gardens, the beach and ocean. The first floor also has a fully equipped kitchen and living/dining area with a futon sofa sleeper. The beach and Atlantic Ocean are less than 50 feet away.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Turtle Cove Marina which is just a 5 minute walk from the villa has many different restaurants ranging from casual to upscale and Players Club Casino. Shopping, art galleries and native crafts are available throughout the island.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The villas are located directly on world famous Grace Bay Beach. Boat rental and dock available at Turtle Cove Marina which is a 5 minute walk from the villa. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.
• Nearby Attractions: Scuba diving and snorkeling excursion tours and glass bottom boat is a 5 minute walk to Turtle Cove Marina. Excellent snorkeling at villa. Provo Golf Course is a 15 minute drive from villa. Horseback riding on the beach is available. Kayak rentals, windsurfing and kite surfing are available. Players Club Casino is a 5 minute walk from the villa.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 21 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
