The second floor villa has a spectacular view of world famous Grace Bay Beach, Atlantic Ocean and our tropical gardens.

• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The villas are located directly on world famous Grace Bay Beach.
Boat rental and dock available at Turtle Cove Marina which is a 5 minute walk from the villa. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.
• Nearby Attractions: Scuba diving and snorkeling excursion tours and glass bottom boat is a 5 minute walk to Turtle Cove Marina. Excellent snorkeling at villa. Provo Golf Course is a 15 minute drive from villa. Horseback riding on the beach is available. Kayak rentals, windsurfing and kite surfing are available. Players Club Casino is a 5 minute walk from the villa.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 21 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
