The house is comfortable stylish and spacious with a large well equipped dining kitchen,with original beamed ceiling. A stylish comfortable lounge with wood burner and patio doors leading to a beautiful walled garden where you can enjoy barbecues or just relax with a glass of wine.The bathroom has a feature glass brick rainwater shower.The two bedrooms are light and decorated to a high standard with a canopy bed in the master bedroom.

The surrounding countryside has breathtaking scenery ideal for walking, cycling and bird watching.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival) There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 21 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
