This is a luxury vacation villa with separate studio on the laid back north side of Grand Cayman. The home sits on its own private beach overlooking the Caribbean with a 120-foot dock, freshwater pool, and gazebo. The reef and coral heads just off the Gazebo is one of the very best snorkeling locations on the Island. A Perfect 10 - it sleeps ten in its four-bedroom main villa and one-bedroom studio. With cheerful decor and plenty of sunlight, each room in the spacious main house radiates Cayman's warm spirit. Relax as ceiling fans spin from the living room's cathedral ceiling.
Iron and ironing board. Ceiling-Fans Jacuzzi. Spacious living room and dining room. Each room is designed to catch the fresh sea breezes, to give an air of spaciousness with high cathedral ceilings, and to enjoy the ever-changing aquamarines of an inviting ocean. A new pool and Tiled Deck was installed in September 2001. The interior had a total renovation in 2009. Including new furniture, TV's and bedding. Local Phone and a "VOIP" USA phone. The Studio can be made up with 2 Twin beds or 1 Queen bed. Guest preference may be discussed with the owner during booking.
